This is supplemented by a number of key associate consultants to support skills requirements according to the following model:- Principal Consultants. TSG recruits only those that have 20+ years experience in the field of testing and quality management. These are self sufficient consultants able to bring a range of additional skills including qualifications in Consulting and Project Management
- Associate Consultants. Through its extensive experience and knowledge of the software testing services market, TSG has identified and built lasting relationships with many of the acknowledged testing experts in the industry
- Associates. TSG provides high quality and known quantity skills to work and mitigate risk at any stage life-cycle; and
- Partners. TSG has developed a partner model to work alongside several other specialist consultancies, UK and globally.

This role is spread across all principal consultants for specific consultancy service development, supporting research and course development. All consultants have a specific allocation of research and development tasks within their roles.
